Carlos likes to keep in shape and has a Gym on the First Floor of his house.

Carlos has been invited Downtown by Vivian Cho. Carlos considers Vivian the Daughter he never had and helps out with her daughter Etsu as often as he can.

Carlos plays some Darts while he waits for Vivian.

Vivian & Timothy Riley have taken Carlos to Lucky Shack Cards And Drink.

Where Carlos meets Dana Scully.

Carlos’ reputation as a good Sim is growing.

Keen for Carlos to meet someone, Timothy & Vivian invite he and Dana to a friendly game of cards.

Dana has contacts in the Boxing world and tells Carlos she will pull some strings to get him a wage increase.

Carlos and Dana are getting on wonderfully.

It’s getting late and the group decide to head home.

Carlos has invited Dana over to a New Year Party and relaxes as he waits.

Meanwhile Vivian looks on as Timothy stares at a blank computer monitor (at no point did he switch the computer on).

Dana arrives and Carlos is soon turning on the charm.

Mercutio Monty has not only randomly turned up, but let himself in!

Mercutio makes himself comfortable with a can of juice from Carlos’ refrigerator.

Father Time has arrived to mark the official start of the New Year.

Carlos & Dana end the perfect day in the perfect way.

Introducing the Traveller Family. Taking time off from his Law Career, Trent & Trisha decided to live up to their name and travelled the world. Now looking to settle down and raise Daughter, Tina, they have settled in Sim Heights. Specifically 180 Wright Way. Bought for $43’000, partially furnished.

First Floor, 2 large Bedrooms, shared Bathroom and hallway.

$3000 on Additional Furniture and Appliances and the house is ready to live in.

It is decided that Trent will find work while Trisha will stay home to raise Tina and will use her love of painting to bring more money in.

Tina heads off to her first day of school.

Trent decides to practice his Chess as he awaits the newspaper delivery.

Trent says hello to Michelle Curtin before checking the newspaper for any vacancies.

Trent mulls over vacancies as a Test Subject in the Fragrance Developer career.

Working for the Local Professional Wrestling promotion as a Rigger.

But opts instead to pursue his boyhood dream of playing football and signs up to a minor league team.

Trisha meanwhile is re-discovering her love for Art.

Mortimer & Bella Goth, and Jason Larsson, whom Trisha & Trent met briefly on their travels have arrived to welcome the Travellers to the neighbourhood.

Trisha returns to her painting and picks up a Creativity skill point.

Tina returns home from her first day of school, and brings a friend, Justin Kim, home with her.

Tina needs a Fun boost and random walkby, Juliet Capp, is happy to oblige as the pair have a Water Balloon fight.

Trent heads off to begin his Football Career.

Trisha’s painting is really starting to take shape as Bella plays Chess with Jason, Mortimer watches TV with Sarah McCarthy, and Tina chats with Justin.

It’s only Trent’s first day as a Minor League-r and he’s already been drafted to the Sim Heights team!

Trent brought $1800 home after his signing bonus, maybe life keeping the city team bench warm won’t be so bad.

Meet the extended Capp family, when Regan Capp married Cornwall Dane, Cornwall took the Capp name. Cornwall & Regan are the new owners of 95 Woodland Lane, and share their new home with Regan’s brother, Kent.

The newspaper has just been delivered, and Kent takes the opportunity to search for work.

As a Note Taker in the Alchemy career.

Or as a Taxi Driver. The Note Taker role pays well and seems simple so Kent opts for that.

The Steins, Axel, wife Danielle and Axel’s daughter, Abigail visit to welcome the Capps to the neighbourhood.

Danielle and Regan get acquainted as Kent and Abigail seem to be getting on well in the kitchen.

Axel seems to have taken exception to Kent seeing his Daughter.

Kent is understandably crushed.

Meanwhile Abigail & Danielle, oblivious to what’s going on in the Kitchen, play Rock, Paper, Scissors in the Bathroom.

Kent heads to work to decide the way forwards.

Axel has taken a liking to Regan, something which hasn’t escaped Cornwall’s notice.

With the newspaper providing nothing of value, Regan turns to the internet to find work. The Internet is equally fruitless and Regan instead decides to do something she has thought about for a while, write a novel.

Gaining a Creativity skill point.

Taking a break from her writing, Regan chats with Abigail as Cornwall dances.

As midnight hits, Regan is back to her novel, Cornwall is STILL dancing, and Abigail, waiting for Kent to come home, is chatting with Neil Cameron.

Meet Matthew & Jessica Picaso. New owners of 70 Middle Lane.

First floor, Bedroom and Balcony, with workout equipment.

Ground floor: Bathroom, and Kitchen/ Lounge.

Brian Tan drops off the newspaper. No-one is home as Matthew & Jessica both work 7am – 1pm in Sim City Special Forces.

Gavin Butler and Mary & Nathan Gavigan have arrived to welcome the Picasos to the neighbourhood. Matthew & Jessica arrive home just in time.

Jessica has brought Marigold Gardner home from work.

Everyone is gathered in the Lounge.

Apart from Gavin & Matthew who are chatting outside.

Jessica works out.

Meanwhile Matthew is looking to invest in a business.

Matthew has bought The Corner Shop and has plans to quit his job and run it himself.

Jessica gains a point of Body skill.

As the guests leave, Matthew & Jessica head to their new business.

Matthew & Jessica install some quick money-making objects to get things started while they work on getting new their own stock into production.

The shop isn’t even open yet but there’s already some interested customers as JJ Awon, Nancy Santander & Sanjay Ramaswami gather outside.

Matthew has made some Hot Dogs to feed the waiting customers as he shows his new employees their duties.

Gillian Jones has been hired as a cashier (Matthew chose the uniform).

And Tara DeBateau as a Sales Assistant.

JJ has taken a liking to Tara.

A promising start ends in an unproductive evening as the ‘Customers’ mainly stayed outside playing Kicky Bag and all that was sold were some cans of soft drink from the vending machine.

With the business slow on the uptake, Matthew & Jessica have not yet quit their jobs in the Sim City army. It’s been a long day and they have an early rise ahead, Jessica is already in bed and Matthew quickly follows.

Herbert & Faith do what they do best, watch TV.

Suitably rested, Herbert returns to the Sofa and TV.

Herbert prepares Mac and Cheese.

Herbert tucks in as Faith remains the same spot she has sat for the last 8 hours…

Finally, Faith has risen… To empty her bladder.

The act of eating has taken it out of Herbert and he heads to bed.

Clearly the distance from the sofa to Bathroom has taken it out of Faith too, as she joins Herbert. It’s 8pm. Goodnight everybody…

Capp Manor, complete with family graveyard. Home to the Capp Household. Consort Capp and his Grandchildren, Hermia, Tybalt & Juliet. A long-time blood feud exists between the Capp and Monty Families. A feud which Juliet Capp & Romeo Monty to name but two, have no intention of honouring.

Consort calls to retire from his job as CEO of a major Sim City organization.

Consort will receive a modest pension for the rest of his days.

Making the effort, Tybalt and Romeo agree to make peace and find they may actually be able to be friends. Hermia & Juliet play catch to remain close in case a fight breaks out.

Consort is emotionally drained and decides to have an early night.

Juliet makes herself some supper.

As Hermia heads to bed.

And Romeo & Tybalt play games.

Consort’s awake and decides to practice ahead of his next ‘Grudge Match’ with Patrizio Monty, as midnight hits.

Meet the extended Monty family, this time Antonio Monty, son of Patrizio and Isabella, and his own kids, Beatrice & Benedick. Antonio is looking to find his place in the world after losing his wife, Hero. Antonio is the first to move into the newly completed Boothbay Apartments, taking Apartment #3.

Beatrice & Benedick are at school and Antonio has the day off so he takes the opportunity to read the newspaper in the communal garden.

The kids will be home soon and Antonio prepares Chilli Con Carne for lunch.

The kids are home.

Benedick has made friends already and brings Robin Hiatt home with him.

Antonio helps Beatrice with her homework.

As Benedick play-tests the communal playground.

Beatrice joins her brother as Antonio checks her homework.

Beatrice heads to bed.

Soon followed by Benedick.

With the kids, fed and in bed. Antonio makes himself Spaghetti Bolognese.

Then it’s into the shower.

Meet Tim Stables & Sarah Campbell, the newest residents in Sim Heights. They paid $11’500 for this 2 Bedroom Bungalow, 35 Woodland Drive.

Tim is fascinated by the kitchen sink as Sarah christens the new Toilet.

With the house newly furnished, Tim & Sarah settle down to watch a movie. At 8:26am…

Tim heads out to collect the newspaper and shares a moment with Dongsool Perry.

Tim splashes in the puddles as Dongsool lets himself in and stares at Sarah through the wall…

Tim continues to splash as Sarah says hello to Noodle, a local stray cat, before seeking gainful employ from the newly delivered newspaper.

Possible vacancies are: A job with WWE as an ‘Adoring Fan’, essentially a paid extra who is directed to act in a certain way towards performers, usually while on camera, or sit where instructed to make specific sections appear full.

As a Mail Carrier.

Or with the local wrestling promoter as a Rigger. The choices were not great and Sarah opts for the ‘Adoring Fan’ role.

Tim decides to look for work too as Sarah strokes her Noodle.

Tim finds a position as Co-Announcer for the local WWE developmental territory, the Sims Wrestling Alliance.

Sarah resumes stimulating her Noodle as Tim looks on.

Some neighbours, Chris Garvey, John Burb & Tanya Metcalfe, welcome Tim & Sarah to the neighbourhood and proceed to watch TV (with Noodle) as Sarah prepares lunch and Tim works on his announcing.

Chris & Noodle have a man-to-man as Tanya and Sarah chat over Lunch Meat Sandwiches.

So far so good for Tim.

Sarah spots Phil Thompson walking by and goes out to introduce herself.

Sarah takes out the trash as Gretchen Chin passes by.

Dumping the trash on the lawn, Sarah instead opts to give Gretchen a hug.

Sarah works on her Charisma as Chris observes Noodle trying out his new toy.

As Tim clears the plates away.

Sarah gains a Charisma point.

Tim chats to Tanya, about… stuff(?)

Sarah & Tanya and John & Gretchen chat as Chris plays with Noodle and Tim showers.

The Carpool arrives and Tim is first to join.

Followed by Sarah.

The guests leave.

Noodle discovers guard duty is hungry work.

Tim & Sarah return from work.

Sarah isn’t pleased by the fact she has to climb the steps to the front door as Tim cleans out Noodle’s bowl.

Sarah is understandably tired after a long evening at work and heads straight for bed.

Tim says hello to Noodle.

Followed by her Grandfather, Consort Capp… Who is somehow persuaded to sit down with Patrizio and settle their differences over a game of Chess.

With everyone happy to stay out the Patriarchs’ way, all is peaceful as midnight hits.

Priya heads off to work as a Fact Checker in the Journalism career as Sanjay throws out the trash.

Soon after, Sanjay’s carpool arrives and he heads to work as a Coffee Shop Sound Engineer.

Priya returns home.

Priya’s desire to meet someone new is fulfilled as she meets Mercutio Monty.

Priya can’t seem to get Mercutio far from her thoughts.

Sanjay returns home and meets Mercutio who is just leaving.

Sanjay joins Carlos Contender & Priya on the sofa.

Priya & Sanjay excuse themselves on the grounds of having a long day and being tired.

They finally fall asleep, leaving Carlos to head home in his own time.
